Delivery Details

Delivery Policy

We use a variety of couriers to provide excellent door to door delivery to all major capitals and surrounding suburbs.
Each delivery is packed by our in-house origami expert to ensure your goods arrive on time and in A1 condition.
Each order is trackable, giving you peace of mind. For multiple orders being sent to the same person at the same address, we reserve the right to combine orders into a smaller number of shipments.

You can select Standard Freight or Express Freight at checkout. Normal can take up to 5 days to arrive but generally 2-3. Express is generally 2 days.

Insurance is optional.
We recommend you pay the little extra for insurance however, so that your purchase is insured to your door.

Charges - Please note bulky items have a surcharge. Add items to your cart and shipping charges can be viewed in the checkout.

Standard Shipping $14.95 + Insurance

Express Shipping $29.95 + Insurance

Shipping insurance is 0.75% of the order value and will be added on top of one of the above shipping methods. Please note that Express Shipping starts from when we hand your order to the courier. If your order is awaiting stock, we will send it via Express once the items have come into stock. Orders will be shipped within 2 business days.

Express delivery may take up to 2 business days to all major capitals and suburbs. More remote areas receive a 2-3 business day service.

In Stock
In stock means that the product is in our warehouse and is ready to be shipped to you same day, if your order is placed before 2.00pm on a weekday..

Partial Shipment

If part of your order is NOT in stock we will, by default, NOT dispatch your order until all products are in stock. If you would like us to partially deliver your order, please email us and we can arrange this for a small fee.

Where we deliver

Australia Wide!

We will deliver to most addresses within Australia, but do not deliver to international locations. We require a street address or a P.O.Box for delivery. Some remote locations cannot be serviced, however our carrier may be able to deliver to a local depot or post office where you can collect your products.

The locations we can deliver to may change from time-to-time. Please email our Customer Service Center to find out if we deliver to your location.


You will be provided with tracking details via email when your order is dispatched.


Acceptance of delivery

Deliveries must be signed for upon request, and anyone at the delivery address who receives the products shall be presumed by TripodWorld to be authorised to receive the products.

Unfortunately TripodWorld and its carriers are unable to provide a pin-point time for delivery.

If you are unsure you will be available at the delivery address during the delivery hours, we recommend nominating a work address or address of a family member who will be present during the delivery hours.

In the instance someone is not able to sign for your delivery, our carrier will leave a card. When delivered by Australia Post you will need to collect your delivery from the closest Post Office or Depot. Please note that risk for loss or damaged product passes to the customer upon delivery or attempted delivery of the product(s) by our carrier to the specified delivery address or as otherwise instructed by the customer.

Delivery Problems

If your delivery has not arrived, please email our Customer Service Center. If you wish to return a product delivered damaged or otherwise, please refer to our Online returns and refunds policy.


Did you know?

You can nominate a separate delivery address and have your order shipped directly to your work address.

Important: Nominate an address that you are sure someone will be available to receive your delivery. Responsibility for the package switches to you if there is no one there and the package is returned to the depot.
